SPECIAL VISITORS
During the year we have many special visitors. Mother Goose stops by to
share some nursery rhymes and stories with our preschool friends.
During Fire Safety week, the Chelsea Fire Department stops by for a visit.
Firefighters come in to talk to the students about fire safety tips.
During the presentation a firefighter will put on their full fire fighting suit,
show stop drop and roll techniques and give the kids a tour of a fire engine.
The Chelsea Police Department stops by to talk to our students about
street safety and stranger danger. We also get to go outside to see a police cruiser!
Santa makes a special stop at our school
during our Holiday Party and takes some time to hear what
kinds of things our students would like for Christmas.
We have visitors sharing instruments and take a special field trip
to the high school to visit each of the music ensembles.
The Critter Guy brings with him a large selection of animals
for us to look at, learn about and touch.
We always welcome parents to join us to share their jobs
or special interests with our students.
