RENTAL INFORMATION

Rental Rates/Policies Please see the Finalized Fee Schedule for rental rates. 50% of the total is due when your reservation is made, with the remainder due by the first of the month in which your event is scheduled.

Rental rates include the auditorium, lighting equipment, sound equipment, and one House Technician. Additional House Technicians are available, and may be required* depending on the needs of your event. 

The Chelsea High School Auditorium  includes 4 dressing rooms, and the Make-Up room. The Scene Shop is available upon request when making your reservation. Other portions of the school are available as well*. These include music rooms, classrooms, the commons, and drama room. 

The George Prinzing Auditorium includes the Scene Shop, which is located behind the stage. This auditorium does not have dressing rooms. There are three classrooms available*,  which may be used as dressing rooms, green room, or gathering space. Two of these classrooms can be divided in two, forming a total of four rooms. There is a meeting room* available just ouside the main entrance to the auditorium. The meeting room can be divided into a small and large room and is perfect for an after glow event. 

Piano use Both theatres have a Yamaha Clavinova electric piano available*.

The Chelsea High School Auditorium also has available*, a Yamaha C7 concert grand piano. 

 The C7 is maintained and tuned on a regular schedule. If you require a tuning above and beyond what our normal schedule covers, please contact the Auditorium Manager well in advance of your booking date to arrange the tuning*. Tuning of the C7 must be arranged through the high school. Clients are not allowed to hire an outside technician to tune the C7.
